Carlos Dunga, the Brazilian team coach
Announced on Sunday that he was aware that the Egyptian team
is the champion the African continent, but will seek to defeat it.
Dunga told reporters: "Our policy is to win, and that is what we will strive to achieve in the Confederations Cup, will start before the African champion Egypt."
The coach added, "I am confident that the Pharaohs will retain the same in their performance, international competitions such as these do not require changing the game plan for one game."
Dunga said "the most surprising things is that Brazil has always been criticized, both won or lost, if victorious, attributing this to the poor condition of the competing team.
Brazil open their campaign in Group B Confederations Cup on Monday to meet with the Egyptian team in the city of Bloemfontein, on 18 and play against the United States in Pretoria and then conclude the first round against Italy in the same city on 21.
The two teams had met earlier in the 4 times and occasions, and it has won in all of Brazil, and happened to be four times in the cities of Egypt, three of which are held in one week.
Brazil won the match in the four to Egypt target 12-to-one team, the Pharaohs.
